Kate is a stellar recruiter, and an even better person. From our initial phone call, it was apparent that I was not dealing with an ordinary recruiter; she was honest, proactive, and always open to answer difficult questions. Before my interview, she walked me through the process and gave me extremely helpful insights about the people I interviewed with. Packing up and moving your life to a new country to accept a job opportunity can be daunting at the best of times, let alone during a global pandemic – but working with a person of Kate’s calibre made it all seem easy. I had the pleasure of working with Kate over a number of months in applying to, interviewing with and accepting corporate associate opportunities at law firms in the San Francisco Bay Area. Working with Kate made me appreciate the difference that an excellent recruiter can make at all stages of the process – from drafting up my first application and preparing for each interview, to asking all of my burning questions, to attending to the logistics of the move – Kate’s experience, work ethic and professionalism were invaluable.
