I would HIGHLY recommend Kate to anyone looking to make a lateral move in the Bay Area. I first spoke to Kate over a year before I actually made the decision to leave my firm, and she is a wonderful person on top of being an excellent recruiter. I spoke to several other recruiters over that year, but knew almost instantly that I would be working with Kate, which turned out to be a phenomenal decision.
