Responsibilities include advising clients on M&A transactions, debt and other financing transactions, private equity and investment funds, and portfolio investments. This encompasses designing and implementing tax-efficient structures for joint ventures, founders, and various corporate transactions, along with providing cross-border tax planning advice.
Opportunities are available to write and publish alerts and articles addressing tax law changes and current developments.
The firm requires working from the office approximately 60% of the time.
An LLM in tax is preferred but not required, and previous accounting firm and/or clean energy tax experience is a plus.
Requires transactional tax experience with a focus on corporate and partnership taxation in a law firm environment.
